Interactive TUI

Run cairn with no arguments to open the interactive terminal UI (built with Ink — see ADR 0009):

What it does

Launcher — pick a command (explore / design / automate) and fill parameters (URL, session, checklist, style, and a fresh toggle — “Ignore prior-run experience for this URL?”, default no) via a guided form.
Live dashboard — watch the run-graph nodes light up as the agent works.
Results — scores, green %, Pilot verdict, and the generated test cases.
Browse past runs — open any run in ./runs to read its cases, report, and logs.
